C.Shell Massage Training,

Shell Massage captures the essence of a coastal vacation. Students will perform a 50 minue Basic C. Shell Massage and practice over 100 different massage strokes using a variety of seashells. Stroke styles will include twirling, gliding, spreading, rocking, rolling and sculpting. Both relaxating routines and deep tissue techniques are explored. Course covers how to use warm and cool shells to soothe painfull muscles and when to use difference stsrokes pressures and speeds. All shells are provided for use within the class. Students will bring their own sheets, towels and massage oil.
